Return/ Refund Policy

Grumpy Roommate is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply doesn’t like the product.


Damaged during shipping:
If your item(s) is damaged during transit, please notify us within 5 Business Days. Upon approval of your claim, your replacement item will be replaced and shipped ASAP.


Please note: If the order shipping details were incorrect, or if the customer ordered the wrong size or color, Grumpy Roommate will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. Please be mindful to capture the correct information.
