Holiday Production & Shipping Cut Off Dates
Production Timeline
From November 15th through December 31st, our production time increases to 4-6+ business days (subject to change). Most orders will ship before the 6th business day, but, you should prepare for the increased production time due to the increased volume we experience. The production timeline for Bulk Orders of $200+ is 7-10+ business days.
Production time is calculated in the following format
Submit Your Order = Day 0.
The next business day is counted as day 1 in production.
During the holiday season, our production team will be working around the clock. This includes morning + evening shifts. Rest assured we are working as hard and fast as possible to produce and ship your orders on time.
Standard Shipping
Submit orders by December 8th for standard production + shipping timelines using Flat Rate, USPS Priority, and FedEx Ground.
After December 8th we highly recommend utilizing Express 2-3 Day Production and Expedited shipping options such as FedEx 2 Day, FedEx Overnight, and USPS 1-2 Day Express.
We cannot guarantee shipping carrier timelines. Expect shipping carrier delays. During the holiday season, there can be shipping carrier delays due to volume, bad weather, and situations that are beyond our control. We are not able to update or change shipping methods or options once an order has received its tracking information. Grumpy Roommate is not able to refund shipping fees due to delays once an order is in the carriers possession.
Express Production
Holiday Season - "Express Production" option at checkout is $25 starting Nov. 5th to Dec. 31st. Express Production is available on orders with a subtotal of $50 or less. Express Production time is 2-3 business days thru Dec 31st.
